Frog Pond began with a vision of providing working families with an inclusive, full-day, year-round early childhood program where children could learn through nature, healthy development, and respectful relationships.

Our philosophy is simple: children thrive when they feel safe, connected, capable, and free to explore. We pair nature-rich, play-based learning with small-group relationships, social-emotional guidance, and an inclusive community that honors every child and family.

Nearly three decades later, Pam’s vision continues to guide our work. Every day, our two-acre campus gives children room to build confidence, form meaningful connections, and experience the joy of childhood in nature.
