Hours and Visits

Frog Pond is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Tuition covers up to nine hours of care per enrolled day. Children begin with a soft arrival between 8:00 and 9:00 AM and must arrive by 12:00 PM.

To protect children’s rest routines, pickups are not scheduled during the 1:00–3:00 PM rest and quiet-time window.

Closures and Community Work Parties

Frog Pond operates year-round except for announced holidays, teacher workdays, family conference days, and the annual staff training week. Families receive the current school calendar and updates through Brightwheel.

Family Work Parties are held twice each year to help care for our outdoor learning environment. Each family completes two adult-only volunteer hours or an approved alternative. A $200 fee applies when the commitment is not completed.
