Working at Frog Pond

Located on two acres adjoining a beautiful wildlife park, Frog Pond provides an educational and nurturing environment for children from toddlerhood to school age. Every effort is made to accommodate children with special needs. Frog Pond is owned and operated by Mother Nurture Company, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to serving working families with young children.

Because of the nature of our program, our teachers spend a great deal of time outdoors, in all seasons and in all kinds of (safe) weather conditions. Teachers must be comfortable spending extended time outdoors, engaging with nature (getting messy and dirty indoors and out) and being with and occasionally caring for animals (goats, chickens, ducks and little creatures who we might bring into the classrooms for educational purposes and then release back to nature, e.g. insects, salamanders, turtles, etc.)
